H-E-B at Parmer Ranch Marketplace

Soon, conveniently close shopping at Texas’ favorite grocery chain, H-E-B, will be a welcome reality for Parmer Ranch residents. Set to open in late summer 2025, the planned grocery store, car wash and fuel center will anchor the Parmer Ranch Marketplace shopping center at the northeast corner of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and RM 2338. That means it’ll be just minutes from home, making every grocery run for unique local brands and pantry essentials a snap.

Benold Middle School

This fall, we welcome Benold Middle School to the neighborhood! Part of the award-winning Georgetown Independent School District, the 28-year-old middle school’s brand-new location at Parmer Ranch will open its doors for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. With new state-of-the-art facilities, including flexible spaces to serve students’ needs and incomparable educational opportunities, Benold is sure to inspire and empower young learners for years to come.

Amenity Center – Opening Spring 2025

We’ve saved the best news for last — our highly anticipated amenity center will officially open in the spring of 2025! This beautiful new facility will feature a fully equipped fitness center, private meeting spaces for residents, cozy fireplaces and TVs and large, terraced decks with covered patios where you can relax and unwind. Love team sports? The center will also include two pickleball courts and a basketball court. And if you’re looking to beat the Texas heat, you can take a dip in our resort-style pool with covered shade areas. Plus, there will be an expansive lawn play area for all your family’s fun outdoor activities.
