H-E-B at Parmer Ranch Marketplace – Construction Underway Soon
We mentioned in our last blog that Texas’ favorite grocery chain, H-E-B, will be opening a new flagship store in summer 2025, just a short drive away at Parmer Ranch Marketplace shopping center. Now that they have broken ground and are expected to start construction this month, conveniently close pantry stock-ups for Parmer Ranch residents will soon become a welcome reality in less than a year. The nearly 100,000-square-foot store will also include a car wash and fuel center, and will anchor the 31-acre Parmer Ranch Marketplace shopping center at the northeast corner of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and RM 2338.
Amenity Center Updates
Our eagerly awaited amenity center is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025, and we now have more exclusive details about these state-of-the-art accommodations! Designed with community and a healthy lifestyle in mind, the facility will have lots of common areas for bringing neighbors together — HOA events, social hours and more — in a relaxed setting. The array of gathering spaces will include multiple covered patios, generous seating and outdoor TVs on oversized porches, plus a covered pavilion just off the kids’ playground. The large adult pool area will feature comfy lounge chairs, a full outdoor kitchen and cabana area for all your entertaining and dining needs, and a covered kiddie wading pool with bubblers and spray jets.
Inside the amenity center will be a fully equipped fitness center designed to accommodate any workout regimen, well-appointed private meeting spaces and a larger common area. This great room will feature cozy fireplaces, TVs and the capacity for more than 80 guests — perfect for birthday parties, baby showers, work meetings and other events. In addition, there will be an expansive lawn play area for all your family’s fun outdoor activities, along with a basketball court and two pickleball courts for anyone who loves team sports.
