Everything You Need to Know About the Georgetown Palace Theatre

With 90 years in Williamson County, the Georgetown Palace Theatre offers locals an affordable, high-quality education in the performing arts, as well as a venue to help youth and amateur actors hone their skills and confidence. In addition to offering a wide range of professional-level performances, the theatre also works to create a downtown hub in historic Georgetown that brings together the local community and tourists alike.

Education, Classes, and Camps

If you’re the parent of a student who is interested in the arts, The Georgetown Palace Theatre is a great place to get involved! The theatre provides a variety of high-quality enrichment in the form of classes, training, and camps to students of all ages. With after-school classes available in acting, dance, film and TV, voice and playwriting, as well as improvisation, sketch comedy, sketch combat, and musical theatre throughout the year!

Spring and Summer Camps are also available for students of all experience levels and are designed to help cultivate a deeper love of theatre as well as give those students solid experience in what it’s like to perform in a variety of disciplines. All camps are professional-led and end with a fully-produced show—so parents can see everything their child has learned.
