Walburg German Restaurant and Biergarten | Parmer Ranch | Georgetown Texas

Walburg German Restaurant and Biergarten

Everything started in 1882 with The Walburg Mercantile. They supplied mostly German immigrants with the supplies they needed to farm and ranch in the acreage north of Georgetown. From these humble beginnings, Walburg sprang up.

Today, the Walberg German Restaurant and Biergarten uses the same structure that housed The Walburg Mercantile in 1882. Since the early 2000s, Walburg German Restaurant and Biergarten has been helping people have a great time and serving authentic German cuisine.

This living historical landmark combines German fare, music, beer, and a gathering space big enough to hold large events. They’re located about 20 minutes north of Georgetown off of I-35, and the delicious German food and the festive atmosphere are worth the trip.

However, if you want to see Walburg German Restaurant and Biergarten at its finest hour, then you’ll need to visit this weekend, during Labor Day Weekend.
